The present investigation is carried out with the idea of researching about the competitiveness level in strawberries and guinea pig producers of the rural community of Ccorao, under the concept that each of them is a productive element, a microenterprise. From this, that is what we seek, through the following dimensions, to know how productivity, production costs and market share influence the competitiveness of these producers, that is, how they explain the main variable, and they may identify which level where they are now, because each one is a key factor to achieve competitiveness. The reason for carrying out this research is based on the problematic of the peasant economy in our country and region, and the relationship with the associativity that in recent years has taken much importance in rural and high Andean areas of our country, the idea it is simple, they need an impulse to get out of the situation of poverty in which they find themselves, from this, the way in which they manage their activities with all the tools that are offered to them and the benefit that can be obtained from them. precisely the reason for this work, because competitiveness is an important pillar of development and economic growth at all levels, from a whole country to a person, and focuses on rural areas because they are areas with a high poverty rate but with high potential and associative projects are generally models to overcome this problem, of course if minimum levels of competitiveness are reached. This is how the rural community of Ccorao in San Sebastian - Cusco is geographically delimited, and the study period of 03 years. From this, an exhaustive review of the literature and the theories on the subject of study is carried out. Given that studies of the same nature have been carried out but aimed at micro-enterprises themselves and in other places, and how similar projects have been carried out to improve their quality of life. There are also analyzes of different economic theories that help explain and understand why the way these economies operate. The institutions related to this topic were of great importance for the development of the thesis. Regarding the research method, it details the way in which the research was carried out, it was focused and adapted to the topic of rural populations and with a business focus, to then present the results in a simple but concise way and in accordance with the requirements of the study, which allows us to understand the necessary points for the measurement of the competitiveness in these business networks of producers of strawberries and guinea pigs.
