The research: “SOCIAL FACTORS RELATED TO THE EARLY CONSUMPTION OF ALCOHOL IN ADOLESCENTS WHO ATTEND THE FIFTH OF SECONDARY SCHOOL BOLIVARIANO, CUSCO-2017“. It aimed to determine the social factors related to the early consumption of alcohol in adolescents who are in the fifth secondary school Bolivarian, the design was a correlational and transversal type, with a sample of 114 adolescents. Results: General characteristics It is concluded that 44.6% of adolescents are 17 years old; 52.7% are of the female sex; 56.8% come from urban areas. As for alcohol consumption, it was identified that 93.2% of adolescents rarely consume or have ever tried intoxicating beverages. As for the interpersonal factors it is concluded that the good relationship with his fellow students; The pressure from friends to drink alcohol is related to the fact that they start drinking. The factors of the family situation are concluded that the family typology; The coexistence alone with the mother and the family relationship they have with the father and the mother has influence on the initiation to the consumption of alcohol; As well as the lack of family affection and family conflicts influence the fact of alcohol consumption; Another influential factor is that family members drink alcohol; Physical abuse and communication with parents is a fact for the adolescent to consume alcohol; Parents ' lack of follow-up to adolescent behavior influences alcohol consumption at an early age and lack of compression and support for adolescents makes it start with alcohol consumption.
