Formulate the following problem How does the Birth Plan strategy in the choice of institutional Childbirth Health Center patients Huancarani 2014 - 2015? Aimed; Set the influence of the Birth Plan strategy in the choice of institutional delivery in patients of the Health Center Huancarani2014- 2015. The methodology used was studio type: retro- prospective, quantitative, experimental, correlational and cross. It was concluded that if there is an influence between strategy delivery plan with the choice of institutional delivery, thus showed the deficit of the implementation of this strategy in the health center. Thus providing a favorable solution for patients treated at the health center Huancarani. After completing the analysis of the variables, at the conclusion of the study the influence of the Birth Plan demonstrated in the choice of institutional delivery. 49% of pregnant women who chose hospital births demonstrate that the birth plan offered by health personnel is good, which is why a majority 48 pregnant chose to institutional delivery unlike pregnant women claim that the birth plan is regular bad and instead gave a home birth. 95% reliability by statesman Chi test equal to 17,765 square, we can say that the strategy birth plan influences the choice of place of birth who prefer pregnant women (p = 0.000 <0.05), so that a good strategy Plan delivery results in the choice of institutional delivery of pregnant women.
