In this thesis aims to determine if there is a relationship between organizational culture and the quality of education in the Professional School of Tourism of the Andean University of Cusco. The methodology is quantitative, non-experimental cross-sectional study, since the data was collected at one time and in one moment in time, without manipulating the variables. Having as purpose to describe the variables (Organizational Culture and Educational Quality) and analyze its effects and interaction at a given time. For the research used a random probability sampling, taking into consideration the finite population referred to 65 teachers of the Professional School of Tourism, value that he was subjected to a statistical formula which gave us the finite population for our research which in this case is 56 teachers; it is so for the sample of students is taken into account the size of the our teachers and is considered to be the study is a correlational research, has been taken into consideration that the sample will be applied on the basis of the number of subjects set out in each area of study, which they consider to 56 students and will be taken into account in order of importance of the subjects It is considered in each area. According to the results, it is noted that there is no significant relationship between our study variables; taking as relevant data that 21% of respondents who perceive an inadequate organizational culture in the Professional School of Tourism qualify to educational quality as fair, the 5% of respondents who perceive an organizational culture and with the 4% rate to educational quality as very good.
