This research work is born from the need to fill a gap in how to work with people with disabilities in the project extension and improvement of the protection and management system of flood risks in 38 km. of the Huatanay riverbed in the province of Cusco and Quispicanchi - Cusco Region, 2019 It aims to develop a proposal for a model of occupational safety and health risk management for personnel with disabilities for the project. The number of people with disabilities working in this project is 43 people with an age range of 18 to 54 years, of both sexes, 38 of whom have hearing impairment and communicate by sign language, the rest of the people with disabilities that would be 5 have physical disabilities, so they have difficulties in their mobilization. 33 risks were determined, which are repeated in the 16 activities of the production process, varying in terms of the level of risks and the aspects of evaluation of these, for this purpose administrative control measures were proposed, as well as those of personnel control, corresponding for each risk within each activity The necessary documentation was prepared to manage risks adequately And finally a risk management model was proposed for personnel with disabilities within the project.
