Antecedents: Adynamic bone disease is an important form of renal osteodystrophy in patients with dialysis replacement therapy. In recent decades, the prevalence of this disease has increased. The objective of this research is to determine the clinical - epidemiological characteristics of Adynamic Bone Disease in patients with Chronic Kidney Disease on Hemodialysis. Methods: It is a non-experimental, cross-sectional, descriptive, observational and retrospective design; the type of sampling was for convenience, intentional. The sample consisted of 47 patients who met the selection criteria. Results: 48.96% of the sample was diagnosed with bone adrenal disease, the highest percentage (70.2%) of these patients was in the group between 1 and 5 years of stay in Hemodialysis, 61.7% of the patients belonged to the male sex and 38.3% were female, 70.2% had calcium levels within normal values, 17% had hypercalcemia, 46.8% in normofosfatemia; only 23.4% in hyperphosphatemia, 70.2% had musculoskeletal pain of which 34% had tolerable pain, 91.5% had high blood pressure, 36.2% diabetes mellitus, only 6.4% had some type of fractures. Conclusion: The prevalence of Adynamic bone disease in our environment is high, the largest number of patients were older than 60 years and the gender that predominated was male, the most frequent clinic was musculoskeletal pain; a high percentage presented normal calcium and phosphorus levels, the most frequent comorbidity was arterial hypertension followed by diabetes mellitus
