ABSTRACT At present, traditional and non-traditional products artisanal sector have great export potential, due to the diversity and usefulness presenting these products worldwide. One of these non-traditional products are ceramic crafts identified under the national tariff heading 69.13.90.00.00 This research aims to conceptualize, analyze, disseminate and promote the export of handmade ceramic products from the Cajamarca region to international markets such as Canada, so that associations of small and medium entrepreneurs obtain better income for their work. This thesis main objective is to determine to what extent the Canadian market is a business opportunity to encourage the export of ceramic crafts of Cajamarca in the period 2017 -2021. It is a descriptive research of non-experimental, cross level. Where the authors made use of primary sources such as interviews with experts in the sector, both artisans and institutions promoting exports. He also drew on secondary sources of information, such as statistical reports, market research, among others. Peru has exportable supply, but it is necessary to organize, train artisans to market products ceramic crafts efficiently and getting the most benefit. This report contains a strategic export plan, as a professional proposal, which seeks to determine the feasibility of exporting ceramic crafts Cajamarca the Canadian market. This plan demonstrates a 60% return (TIR), and a VAN of US $ 407,902, which translates into a high degree of attractiveness for local craftsman. The Canadian market offers great opportunities to business and the characteristics that stand out is that it is a consumer society with great purchasing power of its population which seeks differentiated products. Ceramic crafts which will be distributed under the customer's brand abroad, where the artisan can prepare your own designs and / or designs required by clients will be exported.
