The objective of this work is to implement an import process for the company Systems Support & Services SA, which does not currently have a specialized area to manage the purchases of its supplies from international suppliers for its own assembly of multi-brand equipment supplies that they provide as part of their service. While it is true that it is not difficult to import and that there are laws of the same where they mention steps to follow to nationalize products that come from abroad; But, businessmen are still afraid of lack of experience and little knowledge. It is for them, that the training to all the personnel and mainly to the owners of the company is of great importance, since it allows them to face critical situations during the importation process. For this research a non experimental study was developed: Transversal - Descriptive, that helped us to know and describe the activities, processes, collect information or measure it; extracting meaningful information. To this end, elements such as: camera, video camera, pencil, courtship card, observation cards and notebook were used; being able to register at the precise moment the process of assembling multi-brand multifunctional equipment supplies. This work can serve as a model for those companies that can adapt to the new way of working.
