KAMPFER is a metalworking company that offers maintenance services, assembly and disassembly of metal structures in the industrial sector. The present work has as objective "Propose the implementation of an Integrated Management System based on the requirements of the ISO 9001: 2015 standards. Quality management system; ISO 14001: 2015 Environment management system; and OHSAS 18001: 2007 Occupational health and safety management system; for KAMPFER E.I.R.L.”. For the development of this proposal we will use the methodology of the PHVA, cycle of continuous improvement, where we will sustain only the part of planning and doing, since the verification and the action will be generated only as part of the methodology to be developed. The proposal consists of four stages, starting with the diagnosis of the baseline of the current situation of the company, which obtained the following results: For 5.74% quality; for the environment 3.33%; in the case of occupational health and safety 7.01%, which indicates that compliance for the Integrated Management System according to the percentage table obtained from implementation is Poor (0-60%). A hazard identification and risk assessment matrix has been prepared, a matrix for identifying aspects and evaluating environmental impacts based on the methodology of the Integrated Relevant Criteria (CRI) and the quality risk management matrix. The following results: In the identification of hazards and assessment of risks for KAMPFER leads us to conclude that the critical hazards are: work at height, hot work and lifting equipment works, that is why the proposed control measures are focused on the engineering control, administrative control and use of EPP. As a result of the identification of the aspects and evaluation of the environmental impacts, the following have been identified: Emission of particulate material (PM10, PM2.5); emission of gases (CO, SO2, NOx); generation of noise; generation of vibrations; soil contamination; increase in waste; depletion of natural resources (energy); employment generation. Likewise, when performing the integrated relevant criteria (CRI) method, we obtained that most of the evaluated impacts belong to category IV, which indicates that the probability of occurrence is low. In quality management, according to the risk matrix it has been possible to identify the main risks: Lack of personnel for the execution of the services, delays in the delivery of the service, non-conformances in the receipt of materials from the suppliers and failure in the processes operatives. For the elaboration of the minimum required documentation, a matrix of correlation between the three norms has been elaborated, identifying in this way the documentation that must be integrated and the one that is specific.
