Currently Peru is among the first exporting countries of asparagus in the world, in La Libertad, the large and medium agroindustrial companies make a considerable investment in processes of continuous improvement, the main consumers of the product are North America, Europe and Asia, competing for these markets with producers from China and Mexico. The competition is global, which is why strategies are sought to improve profitability with the areas of logistics and production being one of the ways to improve the competitiveness of companies. This thesis is a study to develop proposals for improvement in the logistics and production area of an agro-export company, REOPA, through the analysis and identification of the causes that affect the performance of the same. To begin with the analysis, data and information were obtained on the activities carried out by the logistics and production area. As a result of this analysis, a staff training plan was developed, a plan for materials and personnel requirements, planning in the acquisition of EPPs and a machinery maintenance plan. The implementation of the tools proposed allows a base to guide a competitive logistics and productive management according to the market demands.
