ABSTRACT The present research work was carried out in the company CONSEM E.I.R.L. Dedicated to providing services to companies in the mining sector. The company is located in its central administrative headquarters in the city of Trujillo - La Libertad. In order to carry out the research process, the problem was identified if the use of management indicators contributes to the optimization of the resources used in the hydraulic filling service, and to what extent. To do this, three indicators of efficiency of the company were selected that are directly related to the use or use of more relevant resources in the cost of the service: a) M3 per shift (cubic meter per shift) b) Hours worked shift and c) Materials per M3 (materials per cubic meter). The research design was non - experimental of correlational - causal cross - sectional type and the methodology that was used was the observation and data collection in prepared lists in this way it was possible to perform the calculation of each indicator on a monthly basis. The measurements were carried out for a period of six months for the three M3 indicators per shift, Hours worked shift and Materials per M3 obtaining in the last month a -12.7%, -10.5% and 0.9% respectively, showing How far they are from the goal what has been improving from month to month; With the same trend in all three indicators reducing this gap.
