ABSTRACT This work had as general objective the development of a proposal for implementation of an Integrated Quality Management, Safety and Environment to Increase profitability Polyclinic Freedom SAC System. First a diagnosis of the current situation Freedom Polyclinic regarding Quality, Safety and Environment was held, since it was diagnosed that were the most problematic, causing high operating costs. After completing the first stage of identifying problems, we proceeded to draft the diagnosis Polyclinic, which took into account the opinion of workers in each study area, and turn evidence showing the above. Also calculations were performed to determine the economic impact generated at he Polyclinic these issues represented in monetary losses. In turn subsequently proposed improvement plans are developed to reduce these current operating costs. Obtaining a favorable comparison to the company (with proposed cost & current costs). Decreasing operating costs in a S / 6703.20 finally economic feasibility of implementing such a proposal was made. Economic evaluation of an NPV of S / 263,417.16, 1521.98% annual IRR and B/C of 3.08 was obtained meaning an overall feasibility of the proposal.
