This research has as main objective to evaluate and improve the productivity of the manufacturing process of galvanized steel pipelines for air conditioning systems on the JK Projects Perú E.I.R.L. company The air conditioning and mechanical ventilation sector is increasingly competitive in Perú, in that sense the company JK Projects PERÚ EIRL has the need to improve productivity to be more competitive. ”To be successful, your company must be able to articulate the benefit it provides to its target market that is better than the competition ”(Porter, 2017 p. 90). According to Peter Drucker, productivity is improved with innovation, continuous improvement, technology and properly managing knowledge workers. This research describes the implementation of innovative tools, acquisition of machines equipped with better technology in the production processes of the JK Projects PERÚ EIRL company, using the DMAIC methodology as a robust tool for continuous improvement that interacts with the Lean Manufacturing philosophy and the application of different tools to increase current productivity. It is concluded that, implemented the improvements described in the present investigation, the Global Productivity increased by 8.8%, the direct labor cost productivity improves by 9.35%, the labor or labor productivity increases by 45.28% and the cost of manufacturing is reduced by 8.8%; starting from the initial evaluation with values of 0.92 kg / USD for Global Productivity and 4.71 kg / USD for the productivity of the direct labor cost factor and a labor productivity of 13.65 kg / h-h.
