The present investigation titled “Comparative study of buildings that apply traditional planning and the Last Planner system in the finishing parts of buildings that apply planning and control with the Lean Construction and conventional approach, regarding productivity at hand of work in the finished items in the Puente Piedra district ”whose main objective was to identify the differences that exist in buildings that apply planning and control with the Lean Construction approach and the conventional ones, with respect to labor productivity in the finishing games. The sample to be analyzed will be the finishing games of two works that have the same similarity with respect to the type of building executed which are Classroom construction, in both cases we will measure the level of productivity that is in the technical file and the level of real productivity that is managed in the field using the approach e Lean construction and conventional. The present investigation is descriptive and comparative, since we will describe each of the philosophies applied in our 2 samples, in one sample the traditional planning and control was applied; and in the second sample a Lean construction approach tool known as Last Planner was applied and we will compare them in order to evaluate what is the difference between the two in planning and control aspects, which was reinforced in the results , which will indicate which of the two approaches is the one that provides us with the best productivity in the execution of the work. At the end of the investigation, it was determined that there are significant differences between buildings that apply planning and control with the Lean Construction approach and the conventional ones, regarding the productivity of the workforce in the finished items, because the lean approach improves our productivity.
