The main objective of this work is to increase the profitability of the company Curtiembre & Servicios Libertad S.A.C. Through a proposal to improve management in the supply chain, to achieve this objective, an operational diagnosis was made, determining the main causes of the problem through a cause-effect diagram. In the diagnosis, opportunities for improvement were identified and a proposal was designed to improve the management of the supply chain; which contemplates the creation of a logistics area in the organization chart of the company, with positions with the profile and adequate capacities to manage the processes of the supply chain; Likewise, an MRP is developed to level the flow of information from the market with the flow of materials through the company and suppliers, which are considered strategic partners and information is shared in real time about the material requirements of the company through a computer system that integrates the relationships between the actors of the supply chain; The proposed proposal allows reaching the proposed goals for each designed indicator, such as obtaining 100% of the articles classified according to their criticality, maintaining 100% of the company's approved suppliers, achieving processes related to the supply chain 100 % standardized and systematized, have 100% trained personnel and reach 0% in inventory losses. The financial analysis of the proposed solution has a Net Present Value of S / 125,628.51, a B / C indicator of 1.51 and an internal rate of return (IRR) of 69.25%, which is higher than the WACC value of 14%; therefore, the economic-financial feasibility of the proposal is confirmed.
