The present investigation took place in the Lomas de Asia, located in the district Asia, province Cañete and department Lima. The Asian community does not have access to potable water all year round, which is why they want to find in fog water a source of water for their daily tasks; however, the different economic activities carried out in the district could be affecting the quality of the water resource. In the months of October to December of 2018, work was carried out in the field, this consisted in the monitoring of Sedimentary Solid Particles (PTSe) in the Lomas to determinate the presence of toxic metals. At the same time, fog water samples were collected to determine their physicochemical (pH, T, C.E., OD, TDS and Turbidity) and inorganic composition. In was found that metals Al (5,5534 t/km2/month), As (0,0032 t/km2/month) and Fe (8,9658 t/km2/month) are present in the PTSe, while in fog water samples the concentrations of Al (0,11 mg/l) and Fe (0,1226 mg/l) do not exceed the normative and the metals As (0,02148 mg/l), Cd (0,0250 mg/l) and Pb (0,0422 mg/l) are above what is stipulated in the regulations. The air pollution in the Lomas could be due in the first place to the presence of anthropogenic activities such as the use of phosphate fertilizers, extraction of material for construction, burning solid waste, vehicular emissions and the use of coal and firewood; and, secondly, to natural sources such as the dragging and suspension of soil particles in the Lomas. Therefore, it was determined that the mist water is not suitable for human consumption and that, in addition to the residents, guardians and people who frequently visit the Lomas of Asia, fauna and flora could be affected by the presence of toxic metals in fog water and sedimentary solid particles
