This present investigation work was to register the rhythm of the growth and tuberization of the early varities Única and Amarilis in conditions of the land with two levels of fertilize and two distances of sowing. The evaluations made during growing vegetation were five determinations each two weeks of the height or size of plant, six determinations each two weeks of the foliage cover. In three samples of the plants determined the leaf area index, numbers of stolons for stem, numbers of tubers for stem, fresh and dry weight of leaves, stem and tubers. In the harvest was register the total and commercial yield, the number of tubers and post-harvest was percent of the dry matter of the tubers. The evaluations were realized after 24 days of the sowing until 77 days in which we got the maximum height and the index register to 62 days. The samplings and register of the area index, numbers of stolons and numbers of tubers and fresh and dry weight of leaves, stem and tubers were was realized approximately each 15 days from 43 days after the sowing to 104 days. Finally, the harvest was done at 115 after sowing. According these evaluations was find the Única variety showed higher heigth of plant during their grow with the consequent mayor foliar cover, leaf área index as well as in the fresh weight of leaves, stem and tubers and in the harvest produced higher total and commercial yield with differences meaningful meaningful statistically comparing with the Amarilis variety showed a better numbers of stolons for stem and for square meter in the harvest gave a better percentof the dry material.
