The objective of this research was analyze the effect of three factors: clone, planting density and fertilization dose on reserve roots yield of sweet potato. Five variables were analyze: total reserve roots yield, yield of reserve roots of commercial category, yield of reserve roots of non-commercial category, dry matter of reserve roots and harvest index. This research used a completely random block design in factorial arrangement, with three factors, Orange, yellow and purple clone; 33333 and 50000 plants/hectare; fertilization dose of 60-40-100 (low dose) and 80-60-120 (middle dose). The orange clone had better traits and the highest valuables in all the variables. The highest values of the variables, except yield of reserve roots of commercial category, were obtaining by planting 50000 plants/hectare. The results indicate no interaction among factors. There were and interaction among clone and fertilization dose, it has a 5% significance for total yield and yield of reserve roots of commercial category. There were not 5 % significance for blocks and fertilization dose. The values for yield of reserve roots of commercial category were higher than national average, except for treatment T6 and T12; the higher value was 38 t/ha, it is for treatment T2 (an Orange clone, low fertilization dose and 33333plants/hectare). T2 has the highest value for total yield, 76.3t/ha. For Orange clone, the better fertilize dose and planting density were: the low dose and 33333 plants/hectare. For yellow clone, the better fertilize dose is middle dose, the better planting density is 33333 plants/hectare. For purple clone, the better fertilize dose is the low dose and high density 50000 plants/hectare.
