The main objective of the study was to verify if there was a direct and significant influence between the management of human talent and the improvement of business competitiveness in the workers of the Administration Area of the company NIISA Corporation S.A. Two Likert type questionnaires were developed to evaluate the management of human talent and competitiveness respectively. These were validated by judges' criteria and their reliability was established by Cronbach's Alpha Coefficient. The questionnaires were applied to a sample selected by non-probabilistic sample of criterial type to the 54 people that made up the Administration Area (Human Resources, Accounting, Billing and Collections, Logistics and External Stores). The method used was the hypothetico-deductive method. The observation unit was the worker of the Administration Area of the company. The type of research was explicative. The focus of the research was quantitative. The study was cross-sectional. The level of research was "correlational." The design of the research was "non-experimental" because no variable was manipulated. The technique used to collect the information was "observation by survey". The correlation analysis was applied for the verification of the hypotheses. Pearson's product - moment. The hypotheses were considered proven if the correlations obtained were positive and significant at a level of p: 0.01. The statistical processing was carried out with the statistical program SPSS version 23. The hypotheses were verified in the sense that human talent management is significantly associated with competitiveness in the company NIISA Corporation S.A. The conclusions of the case were presented and the respective recommendations formulated.
