ABSTRACT This research was carried out at Conduce Peru drivers' school in the city of Cajamarca in the year 2017, using the transversal design of an observational and descriptive type. The main objective of the research is to know the relationship of the human talent management with the labor productivity in the drivers' school Conduce Peru, Cajamarca 2017. For this research is used to the internal and external dimensions, for Human Talent Management; in the internal we have their indicators of the same: knowledge, skills, motivation and attitude and in the exterior we have a indicators of working environment, perspective of professional development and working conditions. Also as a company we must adapt the environments, to improve their professional development by applying teamwork, to respond effectively to end user needs. In order to obtain the appropriate information, a survey was carried out on the 30 workers of the conduit school in Peru, in relation to the data collection instrument; this was applied to each variable. The questionnaire on the management of human talent was composed of 19 questions, with a Likert scale and for the production of 15 items. The validity and reliability of the data obtained according to the hypothesis, obtained in the Pearson correlation at (approximate significance = 0.036) is lower than the level of significance of alpha (α = 0.05), this means that there is sufficient evidence to sign r = 0.963) according to the SPSS, on the management of human talent with labor productivity in the conduit school lead Peru, Cajamarca 2017.
