The research begins with the review of the literature, which presents some scientific articles that describe the topics covered in the thesis. These topics serve as a scientific basis for the reader to understand the development of the work. Next, the sector on which the research was worked was presented. GDP generation was identified in the service sector and specifically in the housing sector. In addition, interviews with hotels 2 and 3 stars in several districts of Lima Metropolitana were conducted in order to describe the current situation of the sector. Based on the diagnosis, it was identified that hotels in the sector show little interest in the continuous improvement of their processes and their quality. Based on the diagnosis made, a quality model based on process management has been designed, in order to organize and standardize the hotels processes to achieve continuous improvement, allowing them to be more competitive in the housing market. Finally, the proposed was validated with the help of experts in process management and quality management, in order to see the degree of compliance of the work in relation to the criteria and dimensions used in the validation matrix model.
