This research aims to explore the experiences and meanings of psychological wellbeing in practitioners of the young division of Nichiren Daishonin Buddhism in Perú. Participants, ten in total, 5 women and 5 men aged 20 to 32 years, were practitioners of Nichiren Daishonin Buddhism residents in Lima City. Following a qualitative design, the conversational systems proposed by Gonzalez Rey (2006) was used as a tool to gather information. The research corroborates the six factors proposed by Ryff and Keyes (1995) to achieve wellness by all research participants’ experiences and meanings. Therefore, Buddhism is a mean or way by which participants have gone on to achieve psychological well-being or human revolution, a concept that came up in conversations with participants and is perceived as improving the quality of life and personal development of Buddhists. Finally, the importance of the community element for Buddhist practitioners was identified, being considered an essential factor to achieve psychological well-being.
