The present project on the improvement in the production and installation of mobile advertising panels shows us that its execution is feasible with the application of Lean Manufacturing tools. Based on the research and information obtained in the field and historical data, it was found that the problem of high times in the production of mobile advertising panels could have a substantial improvement eliminating times that did not add value to the process fulfilling the objective of delivering the mobile panel on time. The study focused on the company's flagship product, mobile advertising panels, called Mobile Fence, as it represents 85% of sales and it was important to know in depth the processes involved in its preparation. This demonstrates that deliveries were made out of time, which generated a loss of S / 116,840.00 equivalent to 13% of sales. After the analysis of the causes of the problem, the improvement proposal could be elaborated using Lean tools, demonstrating that, with the implementation, the installation times of the mobile panels could be reduced by 16%, going from 386 minutes to 324. Likewise, the time and material savings could be estimated at S / 35,310.19.
