This research work was developed from the need to reduce the dosage variation in each finished product in a company that produces and commercializes paint and solvents, which represents a reduction in profitability. As part of the analysis, it was identified that this variation was presented as a result of the conditions of the work space and the manual dosage system used; therefore, the research project focused on proposing a model that allows the design of a work space that meets the space and ergonomic needs of the operators; as well as, the use of an automated dosage system with the objective of making an efficient use of the work space, minimizing production costs and sustainability of the project over time. The validation of the model was carried out by a paint and solvent production and commercialization company by means of a pilot and the simulation of the proposed automated system obtaining positive results such as the reduction of the variation of the dosed quantity that is evidenced with the increase of the quantity of final units produced achieving an income of S/93,127.00 as a gain to the 12th month of the implementation.
