The present research work entitled "Projected Cash Flow and Financial Decision Making", aims to determine the relationship between projected cash flow and financial decision making. Considering that the projected cash flow is an important tool for the financial planning of any company. The aforementioned company has been preparing a projected cash flow, but it does not use it to manage its operations, which we believe has caused the inadequate handling of cash, generating the eventual breach of its obligations on the established dates. The type of research that was applied was descriptive, correlational, non-experimental, transversal and with a quantitative approach, taking as a population the 222 workers of the company, and as a sample 8 people who have had a direct relationship with the financial area; the techniques applied were the questionnaire and the documentary analysis. The result of this research showed a high correlation of 0.86 between the projected cash flow and financial decision making, in this sense, we can conclude that an adequate use of the projected cash flow will lead us to a good Financial Decision Making in the company Ancro SRL, 2019.
