The present research project has as structure the following chapters: theoretical framework, diagnosis and analysis of the current situation, development of the proposal of the integral logistic management model, validation of the integral logistic management model, impact analysis and conclusions and recommendations. The objective of this project is to create a comprehensive logistics management process for a group of micro and small businesses of the economic activity of making bakery products of metropolitan Lima that want to standardize their processes, in order to meet large orders as a single collective; and this allows them to develop as a company and grow in their economic sector. The analysis of the current situation of the MYPE determined that they do not have defined processes for their key processes. Therefore, it was proposed to carry out a comprehensive logistics management model where the strategic, key and support processes were developed; emphasizing the purchasing, storage, dispatch and distribution processes. This documentary order will help to organize the activities not only of management but also the operative ones, since 70% of the MYPES have not defined their work activities. With this process improvement, the monitoring and control of all the integral logistics management of a bakery was started and with this the productivity and profitability of the companies was improved. Finally, the standardization of the processes in these MYPE will help some can be grouped and participate in a tender where they must meet large orders, and without first having made the homologation of their processes this would not have been possible.
