ABSTRACT This research is the study and identification of the factors influencing productivity of honey in the Association of Communal Health Agents Celendín (ACOMSAC). The objective of the research in question is to reverse situations problem and implement proposals for improvement, in order to obtain a quality product that can be stockpiled and sold internationally. The hypothesis is that "the lack of technical assistance and the low quality of equipment for honey production are the factors that affect the productivity of honey bee Agents Association Health Comunales Celendín (ACOMSAC)". To confirm described above, information was collected directly from the people within the association through in-depth interviews and Focus Group, who gave us very specific scope of reality that today live partners regarding their honey production bee. So we identified that beekeepers receive little or no technical assistance, this has generated a nonspecialized empirical production process. In addition to this, ignorance about the presence of diseases and pests, and without any control or treatment. On the other hand, beekeepers do not have the proper equipment to move the honey, and the collection of the honeycombs to the extraction plant and packaging. In this regard, an Improvement Plan was established with all the contributions that influence the optimal way ACOMSAC operations and therefore in their products; thus improving the shortcomings identified in the above-described investigation. In conclusion, a business plan was developed; to establish a specific product to reach important export markets abroad.
