The main objective of this thesis work is to demonstrate that the joint application of various technological solutions of the Microsoft 365 suite in the management processes of safety hazard observation techniques (T.O.P.S) in a mining company can optimize the processes that are carried out in a conventional way during work activities, involving the users of the operational area in a technological position, being an ally for the optimal and safe performance of their tasks. The first chapter describes the statement of the research problem and the problematic situation of the company that started the research, spatial, temporal, social and conceptual delimitation of the work. Both general and specific objectives, the hypotheses to be contrasted with the results to be obtained, as well as the research variables were defined. The second chapter mentions the background of the research, the theoretical bases that dealt with the research problem, and the conceptual framework that emerged as a result of the researcher's direct contact with the object of study. The third chapter describes the type, level and design of the investigation, the calculation of the sample to be treated was also performed. In the fourth chapter, the results obtained with the implementation of the proposed solution were presented, carrying out the descriptive statistical analysis of the pre-test and post-test. In the fifth chapter, the hypothesis presented at the beginning of the investigation was tested. Finally, the conclusions and recommendations obtained with the development of this project were elaborated. Keywords: Management of security hazard observation techniques (T.O.P.S.)
