Abstract: The purpose of the research is to establish the relationship between quality of life and psychological well-being in leading partners of the solidarity cooperative benches program in a cooperative entity in Huancayo, 2018. For this, the quantitative research method, the non-experimental level and the type research was correlational. Working with a census population made up of 120 participants. The instruments used were the quality of life scale (Olson and Barnes, 1982) validated in Peru, Grimaldo (2011); the psychological well-being scale (Ryff, 1995), adapted to Peru, Pérez (2017). The results showed that 70% of the participants placed their quality of life between the levels tending towards bad and bad; orienting itself on average to classify it as tending to be bad; Furthermore, 89% perceived a low level of psychological well-being, however, the average trend classified it as a medium level. The study concluded the existence of a negative, very low, non-significant relationship between quality of life with respect to psychological well-being, as well as with the dimensions of home and economic well-being, friends, neighborhood and community, family life and extended family, education and leisure, media communication, health and psychological well-being. While between the religion dimension of quality of life and psychological well-being, a negative, low, significant relationship was found.
