The aim of the following research is to study the compatibility of six inbred lines S3 and get F1 hybrid seeds of sacha inchi by controlled pollination using the method of sorbet, contributing with the researches on genetic improvement in this crop, seeking to obtain high-yielding varieties with high levels of unsaturated fatty acids and tolerant nematode-fungus complex. Direct and reciprocal crosses were performed between 6 inbred lines and the statistical design used was a DCA with 30 treatments and 3 replications. The results showed that the 6 lines are compatible and is possible obtain F1 hybrids of sacha inchi. Treatments T3, T4, T5, T8, T9, T13, T15, T20, T26, T28 and T29 are statistically different and superior in comparison to other treatments in fecundation percentage and T5 with 46.67% is numerically superior. The characterization of the hybrid fruits obtained shows that the treatments T1, T12, T17, T22 and T27 that have L2 inbred line as female parent are statistically superior to all other treatments at each one of the variables and treatments T3, T8, T13, T24 and T29 that have L5 inbred line as female parent are statistically lower, showing a strong effect of the line that acts as the female parent but this is not an indicator of field performance of these hybrid seeds.
