The orchid´s family is the most diverse in species around the world, nowadays is cultivated in nurseries in which is implicit the change of natural conditions that allows the easily entrance of sickness. The objectives were to identify the fungi that produces the sickness, determine the effectivity of two types of inoculation with and without lesions through the pathogenicity test and evaluate the In vitro control of fungicide in (Dendrobium sp y Phalaenopsis sp) orchids from the San Martín -Tarapoto National University nursery. Sick flowers and leave’s sampling were done, a Colletotrichum crassipes were identificated as a pathogen that causes the anthracnosis in flowers and leaves. It was used a statistic block design in the pathogenic test, completely random (DCA), with factorial 2X2 arrangement, Duncan test to the treatments averages in the factor B levels: this type of inoculation shows the existence of important differences, where the hurt inoculated leaves had a bigger incidence average with 10%, overtaking statistically the one with the inoculation without lesion where it was gotten an average of 5.42%. For the fungicide In vitro control test, It was used a completely random statistic design (DCA); Duncan test, for treatments average, shows that Azoxystrobin (T1), Azoxystrobin 25 % + tebuconazol 50% (T2), Mancozeb 50% + benomyl 50% (T5), Mancozeb 50% + metalaxil 50%(T6), Propineb (T7) had a biggest inhibitory effect when controlling the growing of Colletotrichum sp colony which got 0,0mm length.
