The following research work seeks to determine the extraction levels of Ca, Mg and S in the four phenological stages of the sacha inchi (Plukenetia volubilis L.) culture, within which the absorption curve was determined; the absorption and extraction of calcium, magnesium and sulphur in relation to the phenological behaviour of the crop. A DBCA consisting of three treatments and four repetitions was used. A soil analysis, tissue analysis (root, stem, leaf, flowers and fruits) has been carried out, defining the most important phenological stages of the crop cycle; the evaluations were made at 75, 112, 150 and 225 days after sowing (das) taking a sample for each phenological stage, obtaining the fresh weight of each organ and then sending it to the UNALM laboratory for its respective nutritional analysis, the method used for the determination of calcium and magnesium was that of the Atomic Absorption by flame and sulphur was that of the Gravimetric method. Calcium was the element with the highest concentration, being equal to 32.66 kg Ca ha-1, the magnesium reached a concentration of 11.37 kg Mg ha-1 and the sulphur reached a registered concentration of 2.52 kg S ha-1. These data were recorded at 225 das.
