The thesis report entitled "Moment of application of compost of cuyasa enriched with beneficial microorganisms in the yield of hybrid gherkin cultivation (Stone Wall - F1) in the province of Lamas", has as objectives: Evaluate the effect of four (4) moments and determine the optimum moment of the application of the compost of cuyasa enriched with beneficial microorganisms and the influence on the yield in the harvest of the Stone Wall - F1 hybrid pickle in the province of Lamas. The research work was carried out between the months of January to April 2011, in the "El Pacífico" property owned by Mr. Jorge Luís Peláez Rivera, located in the district and province of Lamas, department of San Martín with a life zone characterized by the tropical dry forest (bs-T), consists of a design methodology, treatments under study, developed activities and variables evaluated, for the execution of the work was used the Statistical Design of Blocks Completely Random (DBCA). In this sense the conclusions are: The optimum time for the application of compost of cuyasa is the treatment T2 (Application one week before planting), with an average of 503.56 tn.ha-1, with which it is found that the effective microorganisms they enriched the cuyasa composition, where the plant was able to take better advantage of the nutrients and improve crop yield, all this information compiled in this thesis serves as a reference for future research work.
