In the present thesis, the effect of the implementation of a shared vehicle, under ISO 9126, on the economy of university students was determined. Likewise, the increase of the carpooling practice is allowed not only in the students of the Faculty of Architecture and Design but also of the Faculties of the Universidad Privada del Norte. In the same way as the quality standards in software development projects such as the ISO 9126 Standard in order to improve the products of the best possible quality. First, he identified the needs of the Faculty of Architecture and Design and then proposed an improvement solution to this problem. After having identified the main needs, a survey was applied to the students to verify the viability of the project; Thanks to this, a better panorama of the problems that afflicted the students was obtained. Next, the formulation of the proposal was processed, which consisted of implementing a web / mobile system called CAXASPOOL, the same one that was developed under the Open Up methodology guidelines, which is a faster methodology in aspects such as flexibility, incremental development, risk management, design based on architecture with the sole objective of ensuring good results in projects, reducing development times and maintaining high quality. The development of the website / mobile was made using the AngularJS framework, for the programming language PHP, JavaScript, AJAX and HTML, in addition to good programming practices, as IDE of development Sublime Text is used, as a database manager MySQL; For the mobile part, Xamarin Formas is used with the C # programming language with the Visual Studio 2017 development IDE. Once the accessory was installed to install on more than 100 computers in a test time of 8 weeks, as a result a web / mobile system was obtained that could comply with the main process of sharing a vehicle type, complying with the requirements, being a scalable and user-friendly application for end users. Achieving with the application a significant reduction of 27% in weekly expenses related to transportation in university students. In addition, to comply with 87% of software product quality, measuring technologies related to functionality, reliability, usability, efficiency, ease of maintenance and portability.
