This report is the need to promote sport and recreation for stragglers in one of the largest districts in Perú, La Esperanza in Trujillo, where the messy and informal growth in recent years led to the deficit of public spaces populations vegetated in city and therefore requires adequate sports infrastructure to prepare regional high performance athletes, involving the study of a sustainable solution in the generation of green areas.. To this end it is proposed to design a center of high performance sports harboring the most important disciplines in the region, taking the field of the damaged municipal stadium to provide an inclusive space, by proposing to implement envelopes vegetables in the design of this building is seeks to recover in a sustainable manner the principles of flexibility of public space to convert the sports infrastructure in a system adaptable to the context, making it an urban icon public domain to benefit athletes and the general public pleasant and functional. Collecting and analyzing cases of recognized quality architectural internationally explained how the application of these envelopes contributes to the relevance of the design of this architectural project, as do the criteria contribution of green area, proper selection of components, construction efficiency, scale public space, accessibility, adaptability and urban compatibility, since they are related from projective objectives of the envelope as sculptural expression and extension of space use to have a synergistic relationship between plant components of the envelope and principles flexibility of public space. Thus the envelope was designed with extensive system of mulches maintaining the functionality inside an urban sport space projecting impact of ornament and recreation.
