The present work entitled: Supply Chain Management Model under the PDCA approach to improve the supply of steel balls in a company in southern Peru, has the purpose of: proposing a model for the Supply Chain Management the supply of steel balls applied to the mining sector in southern Peru. The implementation of the Model seeks to satisfy the demands of the market and achieve the optimization of supply. The research has a mixed approach, of "pre-experimental" cross-sectional design and descriptive research. Our tool is designed under the PDCA approach. This work is based on the collection of data from primary and secondary sources, research on the sector, consultation of specialists, books, web pages, among others. The population was made up of specialists and people in charge of the supply chain area of various companies. Information was gathered from 15 informants who occupy positions at different levels: operational and managerial. The results are shown with the offer of the steel balls. It is suggested the implementation of an adequate management process of the Supply Chain of the sector with criteria of efficiency and effectiveness in its operations.
