In the present research work, the extraction of sulfur minerals from the Taulis - Calquis - San Miguel de Pallaques - Cajamarca, tailings and other sulphides zones was evaluated in order to validate and contrast the procedure in different mineral types. All the experiments were carried out in the biology laboratory of the Universidad Privada del Norte in Cajamarca and the Laboratory of Mining Engineering of the Universidad Privada del Norte in Cajamarca. To carry out this procedure, we began by isolating the microorganisms present in the population and waters of the waters coming from the environments of the province of Hualgayoc. Parallel to this process was carried out a culture and reactivation of the strain of Acidithiobacillus Ferrooxidans ATCC 23270, which served to be able to mix the cultures and obtain a mixed bacterial consortium that can have a greater percentage of effectiveness in recovery. Tests were found in 19 treatments, the first 3 corresponding to a bornite mineral with a bacterial culture from the strain of Acidithiobacillus Ferrooxidans ATCC 23270, the following 3 samples were used minerals of the same and a culture of isolated microorganisms of the same mineral, 3 were found of nitrogen ore with a culture of microorganisms from acidic water, the next 3 were from chalcopyrite minerals with a mixed bacterial caretaker of all cultures, the next 2 were reference with a mixed bacterial consortium of all The last two were born and converted into bacterial bacteriosis. The parameters that were oriented in the stage of adaptation and bacterial growth were the pH, Eh, temperature and bacterial population (cel / ml), and in the recovery stage they were analyzed together with the recovery in percentage (Recovery% Cu). Having maximum recovery values of 5.88% Cu of the water mineral with microorganisms isolated from the same mineral and 9.53% Cu of the chalcopyrite mineral with the bacterial concierge in 29 days.
