ABSTRACT This project is a company focused on beauty service, holistic wellness and therapeutic treatments, thereby providing guidance to improve the quality of life. Its name: "Urban Salón and Spa" This project is within the category of beauty, health and wellness which is in an item of business on the rise and increasingly attractive to consumers, aimed primarily at socioeconomic segments A and B giving preference to women. Since the rooms began to offer more services, clients always expect more of these establishments. The salon was no longer just a hairdresser to become a place dedicated to the beauty of hands, feet, face, body care, relaxation center, offering a cosmetic treatments, massages, waxing and even image consulting. The value proposition is to improve the service and make it a standard service, exceeding customer expectations with personalized service, tailored services and supplies known worldwide. The services we offer Urban Salon and Spa are grouped in 3 main groups: Hair, Nails and Spa. The facility will be located in San Vicente Passage Stage 140 San Andreas, the local size of 200 m 2. Investment in fixed assets of this project will S/.36,025.80, for the asset will be required S/.6, 078.34, so it will need a working capital S/.229, 806.20, making a total investment of S/. 271.910.34 (Two hundred seventy-one thousand nine hundred and ten with 34/100 Nuevos Soles). The 40% of this investment will be financed by the Banco Financiero and the balance of 60% local contribution. The capital recovery period is 2 years and 3 months. The devaluation of the project and a 17.14% (CPPC) resulted in the following financial indicators: ENPV S/.359,359.44 FNPV S/.349,773.31, EIRR 36.36% and FIRR 46.01%. In precise terms the project is feasible from the standpoint of market, technological, legal, administrative and economic. Therefore, the project is accepted and recommended its implementation.
