The purpose of this research work is to apply the Lean Manufacturing tools to improve the productivity of the warehouse area of the company KVC Contractors SAC, Trujillo 2019. The study was carried out under a quantitative approach, of an application type with pre research design experimental, given that productivity was measured before and after applying the 5'S tools and the Value Flow Map (VSM). The sample that was used for the pre-test and post-test were the orders of the production area of 30 working days in the warehouse of the Urb. Santa Clara work of the company under study. Therefore, the direct interview, matrix of prioritization of causes, direct observation through audit and documentary record were applied as data collection instruments. Obtaining as a result after applying the Lean Manufacturing tools, it was obtained as a result that the productivity index of the warehouse area had increased from 35.64% to 75.32%, being a positive difference of 39.68% compared to the initial productivity, in the same way The warehouse efficiency indicator increased from 75.82% to 91.6%, and the warehouse efficiency indicator increased from 46.91% to 82.08%.
