This communication plan is a guide for the implementation of "Que tu vida no termine antes", a campaign that was born from the appearance of COVID-19 and whose impact has penetrated more aggressively in population groups that were already in a state of vulnerability. Throughout history, the Afro-Peruvian people have lived with situations that have made their members vulnerable, such is the case of racism that has become structural, discrimination, statistical exclusion, among others. Chronic non-communicable diseases common in the Afro-Peruvian population constitute one of the main risk factors for COVID-19, since they can generate health complications; This is why we find it pertinent to develop a preventive campaign on this issue. With this campaign we seek not only to positively impact Afro-Peruvian youth, but we are also consistent with the Sustainable Development Goals, particularly with SDG 3: Health and well-being and SDG 10: Reduction of inequalities
