The arrival of the Covid-19 in Peru impacted different fields, especially education. This proposal is a communication plan for the NGO Otra Cosa Network, which aims to promote education and social development in the community of Huanchaco, Peru. The NGO is mobilizing different activities and focusing on their HELP Literacy project, which promotes the development of adolescents’ socio-emotional skills. After reviewing different sources and conducting in-depth interviews, a proposal has been developed to respond to the diagnosed problem: the increase in school dropouts during the pandemic. In this context, the communication strategy concludes that female teenagers have educational aspirations and that they access knowledge that allows them to develop skills to strengthen their autonomy and resilience. Within this framework, three materials were developed: a motivational animated video of an NGO success story, an infographic to improve decision-making, and an engaging activity on Tik Tok to apply the lessons learned.
