In the last decades, the world financial sector has experienced several crises with negative consequences in the different economies. As a result, the need to determine its causes and implement strategies to mitigate the risks involved was generated. Among the actions taken was the prioritization of good Corporate Governance practices and their influence in all economic sectors, especially the financial sector. In the Peruvian market, good Corporate Governance practices have received increasing attention in the last two decades, and were implemented initially by the main companies listed on the Stock Exchange of Lima. Recently, Peru has experienced a strong inflow of foreign capital, whose demands and expectations were increasingly refined and structured. In order to remain a competitive and attractive market for investors, special emphasis has been placed on good Corporate Governance, since this acts in favor and, to some extent, as a guarantee for foreign capital. This research has been carried out in order to determine the influence of good Corporate Governance practices on the value of companies, and to seek to promote their implementation and compliance in more companies, both those listed on the Stock Exchange of Lima, as in those not listed. In this way, the Peruvian market will be more attractive to other world economies, attract capital and boost the growth of the national economy
