This research had as principal aim show the effect of “Linguistic games” program to improve the semantic performance in five years old children of one educational institution Villa el Salvador district. Was used applicative research type and a quasi-experimental design, where the study sample was formed by twenty children for the experimental group and twenty five children for the control group, for the first was applied “Linguistic games” program while the other group no. For this research was used the oral language test navarra-revised (PLON-R), to measure the semantic performance apply to both groups a pre evaluation and a post evaluation. At the end of the research, the hypothesis was proven, because the application of “Linguistic games” program favors the improvement of the semantic performance of five years old children, and the results obtained by the experimental group show that their performance is superior in the end of the application, improving significantly the ability of semantic performance, concludes that the “Linguistic games” program is effective to improve the semantic performance.
