This research aims to establish the relationship between Work Engagement, Self-Efficacy and Well Being with health workers in a psychiatric hospital in Lima. To achieve this goal, we evaluated 69 workers between 26-63 years (M = 40.09, SD = 10.9) using the Work Engagement Scale (UWES-17), developed by Schaufeli and Bakker (2003), the General Self-Efficacy Scale (GSS) of Schwarzer & Jerusalem (1995) and Wellbeing Scales, Flourishing and Spane, developed by Diener, Lucas and Oishi (2009). We found that Work Engagement positively correlated with Self- Efficacy and Wellbeing Scales, Positive Spane and Flourishing. Similarly, we observed high levels of Work Engagement in comparison with the scores in other researchs. In addition, we obtained that Sex, Specialty and the number of patients per day were associated with Work Engagement.
