Nowadays, Peruvian woman have a main role in the political, economic, educational and social area in the country. Because of this reason, we have developed this investigation which general objective is understanding the evolution and perspectives that the Peruvian woman have in Apurímac, Perú. The investigation was realized with a descriptive purpose keeping a qualitative approach collecting data and using interviews with complete information, before that we have the signature and assent of the involved people. For this searching we worked with a group of 30 women 18-year-old major women who have lived more than two years in Apurimac and we have taken data about age, marital status, economic level, and labor activity. The results has allowed knowing about expectative and main obstacles that the woman have in Apurímac. After the analysis of results, were formulated the convenient conclusions and suggestions, waiting in this way to contribute to provide information that reflect the problematic that the woman have in this city and generates a compromise from every agents, governmental and not governmental organisms in order to be a guide towards a better future for the perspectives that the woman of Apurímac has at present. The conclusions of this investigation are delimited to the group of woman of the sample of the present study, which cannot be generalized for the total of the population. Because of this, were suggest to realize quantitative studies, which allow establishing policies and programs in benefit of the Apurímac women.
