The aim of this study was to explore and analyze the relations between the values, the wellbeing and the individual and collective values in a group of persons that were expose to the political violence between 1980 and 2000 in the city of Ayacucho-Peru. For this purpose surveys were applied to 120 people and other 12 persons participated in two participatory interviews. The findings showed better results in social wellbeing, mainly in integration, for those people who perceive their reference group as political violence victims and in those people who participated in transitional justice rituals. The values of the sub function interactive and supra-personal worked as predictor factors of the social wellbeing and the balance of the emotional climate resulted negative in general. In addition, women obtained significantly lower scores in the wellbeing and climate measures. Therefore we consider that in violence periods, the main developed resources by the person are associated with the integration, the support and the cohesion to the group, which is reflected in values that are more linked to the group wellbeing and the inter-relational autonomy. Over time this characteristics would reinforce the emotional factor in an individual and social level. Key words: Values, Wellbeing, Emotional climate, Political violence, CVR.
