The methodology used was qualitative based on 17 semi-structured interviews. The analysis procedure was based in the categories proposed by Ucelli, Pease, Del Pino, Aguero and Portugal (2013) and tools provided by the substantive theory (Hernández, Fernández-Collado and Baptista, 2010). The results were discussed on the basis of two continuums that explain the collected data. These two continuums were avoidance-facing and proximity-distance. These constructs were used throughout the explanation of the seven categories discussion. Data shows the inexistence of consensus between parents about the avoidance and facing of the problem. A different result is depicted in teachers and students who prefer face the topic. Furthermore, teachers and parents have a tendency to avoidance when thinking about the existence of an instigator, contrary to students who maintain impartial.
