Servicios Call Center del Perú (SCC) is a company located in Lima, Peru. Part of the Chilean group Entel, SCC is dedicated to providing business process outsourcing services, offering products focused on customer service, telesales, collections, and back office management. Its main client is Entel Peru, a telecommunications company of the same business group. Within its portfolio of clients are companies in a variety of sectors including banking, insurance, administration of pension funds (AFPs), retailers, and health. As SCC’s current clients are mostly concentrated in the Peruvian market where competitors have lower prices, SCC is hoping to find new customers that are willing to pay more for their services, at a price that allows continued sustainable growth for the company. With this sad, the North American market, particularly the United States, shows an attractive market for SCC’s ideal customers. Therefore, this report analyzes the opportunity of SCC’s to enter the North American market through the implementation of a strategic marketing plan. A 12-week proposed solution tailored to SCC, aims to position the company as a key service provider to BPM (Business Process Management) companies that already have a portfolio of foreign customers.
