This research highlights the importance of art as an integral part of culture, as a means for the Cusco society to express and disseminate their ideas. Its main objective was to formulate and elaborate, within the framework of a model of Landscape Architectural Integration in an urban, natural and historical context, a project strategy for the design of a Training and Dissemination Center for Plastic and Performing Arts located in the Archaeological Park of Saqsaywaman-Cusco. In order to elaborate the proposal, an applied methodology and qualitative approach was followed, developing design strategies, according to a detailed study of the urban, natural and historical context and its conditioning factors. It is evident that the intangible nature and the usual preference for not intervening in heritage spaces represents a design challenge rather than a limitation; it is possible to adapt to the landscape, trying to reduce damage to the site, respecting the topography, vegetation; as well as achieving a balance between the regulations and the intention of preserving the place. Thus, concluding that the proposal demonstrates that it is feasible to design and implement contemporary infrastructure in a protected environment that respects and integrates with the landscape.
