Objective: to determine the relationship between the level of knowledge and attitudes towards sexually transmitted infections in adolescents from a Private Educational Institution American Fraternity, Ate 2024. Materials and methods: quantitative approach, non-experimental, cross-sectional and correlational design. The population was made up of 4th and 5th high school education students of the I.E American Fraternity. We worked with a census sample of 51 students. The instruments were a questionnaire and a Likert-type scale for attitudes, both valid and reliable. Results: 49.0% (N=25) of the adolescents have a medium level of knowledge, 31.4% (N=16) have a high level of knowledge, and 19.6% (N=10) Has a low level of knowledge. Mostly “neutral attitude” represented by 41.2% (N=21), followed by 37.3% (N=19) who have a favorable attitude and 21.6% (N=11) have a un favorable attitude. The chi-square test result with a two-sided asymptotic significance of 0.001, which is less than the significance level of 0.05. Conclusions: there is a significant relationship between the level of knowledge and attitudes towards sexually transmitted infections in adolescents from a Private Educational Institution American Fraternity, Ate 2024.
